  The condensate drips through the feed line and gets collected in the container. Initially, the discharge valve will be closed. When the container is filled with condensate, the operating sensor signals at the maximum point; the discharge valve opens; forces the condensate out to the discharge line. When the condensate comes to a minimum level, the discharge valve closes before the air passes through dirt screen and filters all debris. If the debris chock the dirt screen the level raises above the maximum point and reaches the alarm point. The alarm sensor gets triggered gives a signal to the controller. and activates the alarm indication. There is a breather line which avoids airlock and assists the steady flow of condensate to the container.    
  Air contains contaminants like solid (dust particles), liquid (moisture) and oil which contaminates the compressed air. When this contaminated compressed air is used for various applications, it may cause failures of pneumatic valves, instruments, etc which results in the downtime of whole system.   The Ultrafilter HD high pressure filter housings are designed for the purification of compressed air and gases. Due to the modular design of the housings different filter elements can be used. A multitude of housings with different connections, allow to match the requirements of the application, e. g. the compressor size. This product series offers 8 different housings ranging from a volume flow of 30 m3/h to 720 m3/h, in the pressure stages PN 25 to PN 400 (related to 7 bar (ü) and 20°C).
