Film Face Shuttering Plywood

 

Magnus film faced shuttering plywood is manufactured with high density timber in ultra modern hot presses. Manufactured with CPGL technology, it offers extra strength and better bonding when compared to similar products in the market. The panels are most suitable for RCC construction sites.

Magnus film face shuttering ply is widely known for the maximum repetitions saving up to 45 percent of costs. Its USP is the mirror finish on both surfaces.

Do’s

  1. Cleaning and oiling the surface increasing the life of plywood.
  2. Use screws to fix shuttering plywood.
  3. Store it properly stacked under a shed.
  4. Care should be taken during transport to avoid scratches.
  5. Should be recoated with mould oil before the next use.
  6. The edges of a board in pack shall be in a straight vertical line.

Don’t

  1. Side screwing & nailing strictly prohibited.
  2. Don’t use the material without suitable mould oil.
  3. Don’t allow the material to fell down from top/certain height of the building.
  4. The plywood shall not be dragged over one another as this would scratch the surface.
  5. Don’t allow the material to use without sealants at the cut edges.
  6. Don’t allow the material to stack without proper drying.
