He is a technocrat with AMIE-Chartered Engineer in Mechanical Engg and MBA in Marketing & Finance management who had more than 30 years experience in various Electrical and Mechanical engineering fields in leading companies like TVS, L&T, C&S, Suzlon etc., He has set-up greenfield companies in Coimbatore & Hosur.

In addition he has served as key member in projects in Switchgear , Automobile, Plastic extrusion and Toolrooms in Siemens project in Ahmedabad, ACB project in Noida, Hyundai project in Gurgaon etc.,

His product design, process development skills are equally matched in marketing Electromechanical products in India as well as abroad. He has widely travelled allover the world especially to Germany for marketing. He has run companies with business upto Rs. 300 crores as intrapreneur.

He is an expert in all aspects of operations and customer service who has 42 years of experience in Design and Mfg of various Industrial products and commercial products in leading companies like English Electric, Reynolds Pens Suzlon etc.,

He has achieved excellence, cost management, 5S House keeping, Quality Management system, Kanban, Kaizens, Lean Mfg etc., He has done his MBA from the famour Bharathidasan University in 1998 after BE in Electrical Engg after Diploma in Electricals from Seshasayee Institute of Tech.

He has run large capacity plants of Reynolds and Suzlon with over thousand employees with a friendly fatherly approach without any unrest ever.
