Laser Cleaning
Scantech's laser cleaning machine is intended to expel paint from steel structures like, transformer stacks, rusted metals & metal body parts.The laser cleaning can be utilised to remove ageing, corrosion or sluggish layer from surface area affected due to change in weather and the layer will be evaporated with laser, which will expose new clean layer.
Connecting Rod Grooving
The Fracturing operation is Made Easier, if the edges and groove intersection of the groove surface are sharp (not round), and the groove is relatively narrow and deep. Grooving on connecting rod is done by laser technology to produce relatively Narrow, V-shaped characterized by sharp corners which promotes crack initiation at relatively low tension force level imposed on single part.
