Obtuz was established by a team of seasoned engineers and industry experts with decades of combined experience in machining and manufacturing. Recognizing a gap in the market for high-quality deburring and chamfering tools, we set out to create a company that not only supplies tools but also offers comprehensive solutions tailored to our customers’ specific needs. Since our inception in 2018, we have grown from a small startup to a leading player in the industry, serving clients across various sectors including automotive, aerospace, medical, semiconductor, electronics, oil & gas, heavy machinery and plastic moulding. 

We specialize in a wide range of part finishing solutions spread across three key domains. They are: 

• Deburring and Chamfering Tools: Precision-engineered to remove burrs and sharp edges, our deburring and chamfering tools and machines ensure a smooth, clean finish that meets the highest standards of quality and safety. 
• Cleaning Solutions: Our cleaning solutions include both aqueous as well as non-aqueous solutions for cleaning the parts before packing and shipping them. 
• Superfinishing Solutions: Some industries, like bearings, aerospace and semiconductor, require very smooth surface finish < Ra0.1 and not many solutions exist in the market for creating surfaces like these. We deliver these solutions to our clients for achieving surface quality with a directionless finish. 
• Custom Solutions: We understand that every application is unique. Our team works closely with clients to develop custom deburring and chamfering solutions that address specific requirements and challenges.
