To serve our clients with best quality products, NSSPL uses Laser CNC of AMADA-Leading laser CNC manufacturers, for cutting operation. NSSPL has shearing machine to cut plate up to thickness of 6 mm. For precision bending we use CNC press break machine which can bend plate upto 6 mm thick. For preparing shells of different sizes and different shapes like cone and cylinder, we use Plate bending machine which can bend up to 2500 X 20 mm thick plates.
We at NSSPL use EWM (a leading German manufacturer of welding machine) welding machine which does Tig, Mig and SMAW welding. We are able to weld all different materials like MS, SS and Aluminium.
NSSPL has most advanced surface treatment facility which includes Shot blasting for MS, glass beading for SS and paint booth. This helps us serve our clients with best in class finished components which can last longer than normally treated.
Other manufacturing equipments are VMC, radial drill of capacity of up to 100 mm drill, band saw and other technologically advanced machineries. For material handling NSSPL has 2 EOT crane of capacity 7.5 ton.
NSSPL is equipped with in house design facility where we design and test the components and machines. We design our machines on the most advanced industrial 3D design software PTC Creo. We design the plant layouts on licensed AutoCAD software. This has helped us save time during production of machines and has resulted into smooth and trouble free operation.
For harmonious and smooth inter departmental operation and communication, NSSPL uses Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This helps us save our time and subsequently results into crystal clear communication.
NSSPL has an In-house laboratory where we test different fruits and vegetables and try to optimize the storage parameters which helps us in increasing the shelf life of the product. NSSPL research laboratory is equipped with the most advanced laboratory equipments. When it comes to sharing knowledge NSSPL is one step ahead of others. NSSPL organizes educational workshop for students from different colleges and different clubs like ASHRAE, ISHRAE and many more.
