What payment methods do you offer?

All depends on negotation. We accept LC's, Bank Transfers and any other leagal way to transfer payment into our company's account as per law in our country, INDIA.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

Yes, our support team is available 24/7 in almost all time zones. We understand drum filling process is critical and if not filled and dispatched timely, can bring bottle neck in on site storage. Hence we have already provisioned system to take remote of PC installed with QUADRA FILL and can view operations remotely using camera.

What is average delivery time after ordering?

Our delivery time of our standard machine model is 12 to 15 weeks. But if customization is involved, we will surely update you delivery time along with our quotes.

Do you CIP?

Yes, QUADRA FILL is equiped with CIP cleaning system.

Filling highly Viscous Fluids/Liquids?

Pre and Post Gas purging?

Yes, we can do Pre gas purging as well as post gas purging on timing basis.

Are Batch Reports Generated?

QUADRA FILL comes with SCADA softwre and all operational data is stored in native database. We give you pre-defined standard reports and also customize reports for you. Pre-defined reports like Batch Summary, User Report, Audit Logs, etc.

Which types of containers can be filled?

QUADRA FILL is designed to fill Drums/Barrels of Metal or Plastic ranging from 100 to 500 liters. QUADRA FILL can also fill IBC[Intermediate bulk containers] of various sizes. We can also customize as per your needs.
