Where All Do We Deliver?

We ship to almost all pin codes across India.

Transit Risk

Inddus ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is ours.

Shipment and Tracking Details

We shall send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. You can also check this on our order status page or by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

 What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If a package is lost during transit, we will investigate and ascertain the issue within 48 hours and get back to you. Post which we will arrange re ship the item to you or send across the refund if we do not have the same item available with us.

 

 

Returns:

We at Inddus respect and value our customers, so returns are part of a Online Brand business process. We ensure we give our best to the customers and are open towards returns as well.

PRE-SHIPMENT CANCELLATIONS

Q: Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

A: Yes, you can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing it. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail.

Q: Could there be a delay with Inddus because of "unforeseen circumstances"?

A: We try to ensure that your ordered products are shipped to you in the stipulated time, but at times there are chances of delay in processing due to unavailability of stock, or other unavoidable circumstances. b) Opt to receive a refund of your money. 

Q: I received the order. But there's an issue. Can I return my ordered items?

A: Yes, you can. At Inddus, we don't believe in just selling, our motto is to form a community of likeminded tastes and fashion sense. We take strict measures to deliver Absolute Delight to our customers globally, in the best possible condition but there's always a possibility that
a. Item(s) may get damaged during transit; or
b. There may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get noticed during packing; or
c. A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.

Q: How soon should I get back to you?

A: Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defect, or any other issues.

Q: In what scenarios would you not accept any returns?

A: Items sold under CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS are not returnable. Also upon receiving returns if we feel the customer has worn the garment or used it the return will not be accepted.

Q: What are the steps of returning any item ordered from Inddus?

A:#1 - Informing Inddus.com via Support@inddus.com

In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

#2 - Confirmation email from Inddus

You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us on confirming a Return Authorization, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any "Items Returned" without the Return Authorization Reference.

#3 - Shipping Back the Items

When Shipping back the items:
1. As would be advised in our return authorization e-mail, please send the items to us preferably through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service only to avoid any transit related issues.
2. Please try and ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. Do not remove tags, stickers, etc.
3 - Proposed solutions post receipt of returned items

Post inspection of returned item(s), our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis -
a. Choose an alternate product from our website.

 b. Store Credit for future order on Inddus.
c. a Refund as decided on a case to case basis

Q: But I had to pay the courier service for Shipping the item back!

A: If the error was from our end, the extra shipping cost incurred during the return of the product will be refunded. In any other case, the Shipping Charges and other expenses would be borne by you.

Q: How long does a refund take to be initiated

A: It generally takes about 4-5 working days for a refund to be processed with Inddus.
