Employee ID cards are a mark of prestige for your organization and your employees. With Ekprint, you can choose from a variety of templates for these cards or upload your own.

You can send us your employee details in an excel sheet, along with your logo, and employee photos in a separate folder. Remember to name the photos with the employee’s name or employee ID.

We will then print your cards, sized 86 x 54 mm with a written matter area of 80 x 50 mm and a bleed area of 88 x 58 mm, and send it back within 3 working days. We only use 760 microns thick PVC plastic for our cards, that will have rounded edges and a glossy finish. The above service is to order 5 or more employee ID cards.

If you are employee of any Govt. Department / Navratna Company/ Sensex Listed Company / Embassy / School / Board / University / Institute / Hospital / Press / TV Media / Newspaper please order through purchase order and e authorization letter from your official mail id or on prescribed letter head with seal on the name of Ek Print Solution to print the card (This precaution is taken by us to avoid any kind of misuse of ID Card) the orders which is given without authorization letter will be cancelled.

Please don't order for duplicate of Driving License, RC, Aadhar Card or any government / school / University issued card etc. The order containing anything above will be cancelled automatically.
