1. How to use Century Ball-Point markers?

Keep the markers upright at a 90 degree angle while writing. Gently press the pen onto the clean surface for a smooth flow of ink. Replace the cap after using the marker.

2. How are markers different from regular markers?

Century industrial markers are industrial grade ball point markers with thick viscous ink specially developed for industrial marking on fabrics, metals, alloys, etc. They remain permanent even with heat and chemical attacks. Even our felt tip valve action paint markers have pigment based ink that remains permanent and fade resistant on all surfaces.

3. How long can the marker write / work?

The larger ball markers contain 60 ml of ink (5-6 times the ink of normal markers) and the paint markers contain approximately 10-12 ml of ink content. Productivity varies from person to person depending on their use. However, we offer a standard 1 year warranty on all of our markers.

4. How do we get the most out of the folding tube marker?

For best results, squeeze the tube from the bottom and flatten it as you go up. You can also use the provided key to bend the tube for maximum output.

5. How do I use the pump markers?

The pump markers work with the air pump mechanism, where you need to press the valve 3-4 times for ink flow. Once the ink flow stops or slows down, you need to gently press again 1-2 times to start.

6. How many colors are available?

We stock and supply all standard colors, including white, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and orange. We also take special requests for other colors such as pink, purple, etc., made to order.

7. Do you have different tip sizes?

Yes. We have 4 tip sizes for ball markers (Pt 1, Pt 2, Pt 3 and Pt4). It ranges from 1.2mm to 4mm markings. Paint markers come with 2mm felt tips.

8. Do you make custom labels and private label?

Yes. We do private labeling and branding as per customer's requirement with specific minimum order quantities.

9. What is the delivery time for export shipments?

In general, we maintain the inventory level to fulfill regular customer orders. For new custom orders, the delivery time could be 3-4 weeks. We positively ship the goods according to the terms and conditions of business, trade and commerce. We keep our production lines for all products above the required level that guarantees our valued customers the timely delivery of their confirmed order.

10. What should be done if ink comes out of the nozzle / tip?

Leaks can occur due to misuse / due to balls coming out. In such a case it can be ground to its own end simply by replacing the new replacement head which is available free of charge. However, in case of any manufacturing defect on our side, the markers must be replaced free of charge.
