Century's Everon Pen is a fine point fabric marker used in the textile industry and laboratories for fabric shrinkage testing. It has a hard aluminum body filled with ink and a rubber valve on the bottom, when pumped slightly pushes the ink towards a fine ball point for sharp, fine marks. It is widely used in laboratories and textile mills to verify the dimensional stability (shrinkage) of fabrics with a grooved template after washing and processing into fabrics. It is similar to dalo texpen in many parts of the world. It comes with two types of tips: plastic (1.5mm) and stainless steel (1.2mm).
Ink content: 30 ml
Available colors: Yellow, red, black, blue, orange, green, white, pink * and purple * (* - make orders)
Advantage:
- Hard aluminum body to prevent breakage, leakage and puncture.
- Orient to use and smooth the flow of ink due to the rubber valve at the bottom.
- Fine-tip allows marker to fit within slotted templates for fabric shrinkage testing.
- Marks remain permanent even after staining, bleaching, washing, and other finishing processes.
- Works on all synthetics, cotton, denim, wool, polyester, linen, knit, etc.
Address of Use:
- Remove the cap. For cold start, press the rubber ball / valve 4-5 times at the bottom for ink flow at the tip.
- Mark vertically at a 90 degree angle and make sure the ball presses against the surface for a smooth flow of ink.
- As the pressure reduces, press the rubber valve 2-3 times to continue writing.
- Do not press the rubber bulb when not in use as it will increase the ink pressure.
- Clean the tip and replace the cap when after each use.
Caution:
- Harmful if swallowed or intentionally inhaled.
- Avoid eye contact.
- Keep away from open flame.
- Test before use
