Manufacturing facility

Our in-house foundry uses modern tilting furnaces with hot top system to produce a wide range of alloys. Complete metal treatment procedure including degassing, grain refinement and filtration are standard practices at Banco Aluminium Limited. Spectro-analysis of log castings maintains total control over alloy specifications. State-of-the-art homogenising furnaces are used to ensure material uniformity.

Three PLC controlled extrusion presses 2500 UST, 1800 UST and 1460 UST are capable of producing a variety of profiles as per customers’ requirements. Our in-house die shop has developed and manufactured over 5000 profiles using multi-axis machining centres.
