Brief History :
Swaroop Agrochemical Industries, an ISO 9001 - 2015 Certified company was launched by Mr. Sameer Pathare, a Chemical Engineer from Mumbai in 1993. The start-up activity was trading and re-packing of various chemicals and hormones useful for grape cultivation and focused area was the grape cultivation belt in Maharashtra.
Huge response to this activity saw the launching of own formulated products and setting up of laboratory for R and D. Swaroop’s product range now includes BIO-ORGANIC FERTILIZERS, NATURAL AND CERTIFIED ORGANIC PRODUCTS, MICRO-NUTRIENTS, 100% NATURAL HERBAL PESTICIDES ,SPECIALITY INORGANIC AGROCHEMICALS as well as PESTICIDES. Swaroop manufactures around 50 products which find application on almost all types of Field Crops, Vegetables, Cash Crops, Floriculture and Horticulture crops.
Swaroop has been awarded PATENT for their products G-5 Bio-organic Granules by Government of India in 2005, HUMIGEL(Humic Acid in GEL form) in 2010 and AEGIS (Herbal Bactericide) with Nano Technology in 2018. VETONEMA (Herbal Nematicide) are in process of being registered PATENT.
Swaroop manufacture Certified Organic products as well as 100 % Natural Organic products as per NPOP Standards under certification from a prestigious certification agency NOCA (PUNE) affiliated to APEDA (Government of India).
Swaroop products are backed up by a strong R and D through in-house SWAROOP ANYLATICAL LABORATORY which is equipped with sophisticated laboratory equipments. it also offers testing of Leaf / Soil / Water to farmers in subsidized rates. The laboratory is also approved by Government of Maharashtra.
Location:
The plant and corporate office is located in Satpur MIDC area in Nashik (Maharashtra). Being located in prime industrial area, labor, water, electricity and transport etc is easily available.
Marketing
Swaroop is engaged in multi-state marketing through out India with branch office set up in respective states. Swaroop operates through a strong dealer / distributor network which include MAHARASHTRA, GUJARAT, RAJASTHAN, WEST BENGAL, KARNATAKA, MADHYA PRADESH, ANDHRA PRADESH, ORISSA, BIHAR, KERALA AND TAMILNADU. For smooth distribution of goods and efficient administration Swaroop have set up Branch offices at PUNE / AURANGABAD, AHEMADABAD, JAIPUR, SILIGURI, HUBLI, INDORE, GUNTUR, CUTTAK, PATANA, KOTTAYAM and COIMBATORE respectively.
Swaroop also operates in Himachal Pradesh and Assam through sole selling marketing set up with local distributors.
Further expansion of network in PUNJAB, HARAYANA, CHHATISGARH and NORTH EAST states is under development.
Export :
Swaroop has started export since 2008 and mainly caters south Asian countries such as China, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Europe & African Countries, etc. through their associate in Bangkok.
Diversification :
Swaroop has also started a vertical activity by launching a HOME GARDEN DIVISION in 2007 for Garden Centre’s and Plant Nursery Centre’s in Metros and A+ cities in India under banner of SWAROOP’S HOME GARDEN SHOPPEE.
Swaroop Home Garden Shoppee have selected certain ORGANIC /HERBAL products from the range of products for the Home Gardens and have already introduced the same in Metros like Mumbai , Bangalore, Chennai and also in major cities like Pune , Hyderabad, Nagpur etc. Swaroop is in process of establishing dealer’s network as well as supply to Super Markets in Metros as well as other A and B Grade cities all over India. The Company have also initiated an unique concept of PLANT DOCTOR for urban garden lover.
Representation in Agro Industry :
Mr. Sameer Pathare, CEO is closely associated with Micro nutrient and Non registered plant growth promoter industry through all India level associations of these manufacturers. He is presently acting as Hon SECRETARY to both associations namely INDIAN MICRO FERTILISERS MFG. ASSOCIATION (IMMA) Pune and AGRO INPUTS MFG ASSO of INDIA (AIM), Pune.
Expansion:
In order to cater to the huge requirements of their various products within as well as out side India, Swaroop is planning to expand manufacturing facilities through a new state of the art plant 20 km from Nasik on Mumbai - Agra National Highway.
