Established in 1971, by late Mr Dhanrajbhai Faldu to manufacture components in Agriculture Sector and Gas Application, our company today caters to various industries and cover all major cities in India. We now have 1200+ Standard Products in stock, ready for dispatch upon order.
We also have 500+ Customized Products which are made to order as per customer specification and the list is growing.
OUR COMPANY
We are built in 30000 Sq Feet area with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies from raw material to finish goods under one roof. We have adopted automation in many of the machining operations and processes to improve the consistency with greater through-put.
ADMINISTRATION
We have team leaders for each processes to carry out manufacturing activities in each department. Internal Review Meetings are conducted on regular basis to analyze Customer Order status. Periodic training is provided to the team to achieve company’s mission and goals efficiently. KPI’s are set for each department HOD’s and reviewed periodically.
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
We have CAD facility to make 3D Models & 2D Drawings for internal production. We can receive inquiry drawings in any forms such as jpg, pdf, step, iges, parasolid etc. We also offer reverse engineering and product designing solutions based on customer request.
RAW MATERIAL UNIT
We purchase raw material from our approved suppliers. We currently use following grades IS319 Grade 1 & 2, BS218, BS1001, HTB Grade 1 & 2 CuZn39Pb3, CuZn40Pb2, CuZn38Pb1, CW614N, CW617N, CW602N CZ121, CZ122, CZ109, C36000, C37700, C69300 However, we can supply all grades of Copper Alloys based on specific requirements.
