An Introduction

Garima Global Pvt. Ltd. has been manufacturing and exporting components for automotive systems since 1990 under the "AutoGRACE®" brand. We have a well-qualified and motivated team of 200 members at your service, and are ISO 9001:2008 as well as IATF 16949 certified for manufacturing of cylinder liners and marketing of automotive components. In addition to manufacturing cylinder liners, we provide the complete range of other automotive components like pistons, piston rings, connecting rods, engine gaskets, engine bearings and valve train parts – sourced from more than 120 vendors all based in India, most of which are Tier-I or OEM vendors.

Garima Global is one of the leading manufacturers of cylinder liners in India. We have a team of ~100 working at the cylinder liner factory, which has an in-house centrifugal casting foundry, machine shop and testing laboratory.

We use the latest technologies like environment friendly induction furnaces, centrifugal casting machines, CNC based vertical turning lathes, centreless grinders and plateau honing machines. This enables us to manufacture cylinder liners that are of better quality than our competitors at a price that is more competitive than anything you can get in the global market.

All products that we manufacture or source are consolidated at our warehouse. Here they are put through a careful and stringent inspection process, after which they are cleaned, marked and packed in our AutoGRACE® brand or private labels of our customers.

We provide the complete solution when it comes to packaging the products in your brand, ready to sell off your shelf. The inspected and packed goods are dispatched to our customers globally in more than 75 countries, and we provide efficient and reliable logistics to minimize landing costs for our customers.

APPLICATIONS

Garima Global supplies components for a wide variety of on-road, off-road, industrial and stationary applications such as: automotive (light duty) and light commercial, trucks (heavy duty), tractors (agricultural), earthmoving and construction machinery, generators, irrigation pumps, and defence / special purpose vehicles.
