Our monthly production capacity is 500mts from our modern production facilities. Our production facility is strategically located to ensure the fastest and most effective delivery of the products to all the major cities & destinations across the country.

 

Our major achievements have been in reaching the wider customer base in the national market apart from the local supply of the produced goods. Besides, we have now been also engaged in the production of Ragi Flour.

Quality

 

In ABN Mills, Quality is the main characteristics of food that provided to our consumers. This includes external factors as appearance (size, shape, colour, gloss, and consistency), texture, flavor and internal (chemical, physical, microbial).

 

Food quality is an important food manufacturing requirement, because food consumers are susceptible to any form of contamination that may occur during the manufacturing process. This is taken care by our Scientific, Modern Equipments and highly Trained Employees.

 

Many consumers also rely on manufacturing and processing standards, particularly to know what ingredients are present, due to dietary, nutritional requirements (e.g., Proteins, Vitamins, etc,.), or medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, or allergies).

 

Besides ingredient quality, there are also sanitation requirements. It is important to ensure that the food processing environment is as clean as possible in order to produce the safest possible food for the consumer. At ABN Mills Sanitation is given a high importance.

 

Food quality also deals with product traceability, e.g. of ingredient and packaging suppliers, should a recall of the product be required. It also deals with labeling issues to ensure there is correct ingredient and nutritional information. ABN mills products are widely supplied and used in almost all parts of the country.
