CONSTRUCTION

•  Hexagonal V-belts also known as Double V-belts.
•  They can be in simple terms considered as two v- belts joined back to back.
•  The neutral axis containing the tension cord is exactly half way up the section.
•  The polyester tension cord placed at the center of this belt provides extreme flexibility & low stretch properties. It is because of this positioning of the cord the same is not subjected to any other forces as in the case of normal V- Belts.

APPLICATION
