Sandwich panels with PUR Classic insulation (PUR "Classic") on Italian eccentric locks - three-layer panels with Italian-made tightening locks. Thermal insulation is provided by rigid polyurethane foam PUR Classic from international chemical concerns.

Sandwich panels with PUR Classic are equipped with eccentric locks of the Italian company "M-T-Ash" (MTN). The panels allow reducing the cost of cooling or heating due to thermal conductivity of 0.022 W / m * K and additional sealing due to mechanical tightening with locks.

According to PU Europe, 115 mm PU foam saves 162 kW per square meter of insulated surface annually.

The service life of the panels, subject to the technological mode of operation and correct installation: at least 20 years.

Sandwich panels with PUR Classic insulation with eccentric locks are used for the construction of refrigerating and freezing chambers, vegetable and fruit storage facilities.

Eccentric locks of Italian production tightly connect the panels to each other and provide reliable protection against water and air entering the joints.

A key feature of sandwich panels with eccentric locks: they allow you to quickly assemble a refrigerator or freezer of the required size, and, if necessary, disassemble it and move it to another place.

Sandwich panels are produced on European equipment on a periodic line "ProfHolod" in the Moscow region under the order in the colors, thicknesses and sizes you need.

Design

Italian eccentric locks are installed on PUR Classic panels with a length of 1400-9000 mm and a thickness of 80-150 mm at the production stage in 1000 mm increments.

MTN locks are a molded one-piece body made of high-strength polyamide metal with holes for a metal hook, an eccentric and a fixing pin. The locks can withstand tensile loads of up to 450 kg.

Thanks to the one-piece construction and a special composition of technopolymers, Italian eccentric locks are resistant to corrosion and temperature extremes. One part of the locks is equipped with a fixing core, the other with a docking pin.

At the stage of installation, the locks are fixed, pulled together using a hex key. As a result, the panels are firmly fastened along the entire perimeter.
