DRIFT ELIMINATOR

DRIFT ELIMINATOR -Supreme Cool Erectors produces two type of Drift Eliminator i) PVC “C” Type ii) PVC –D-15 Type Drift Eliminator made out of rigid PVC are designed to remove particles from air steam efficiency thereby reducing the fan power requirement when the air passes through the Drift Eliminator.

Water droplets are separated from the air drift at the three direction change points on the Drift Eliminator.

Supreme Cool Erectors import two type of wood(Rediata Pine wood and American Yellow Pine wood)from New Zealand, America, South Africa and Australia Wood continues to be used in construction of cooling towers. Species selection, strength properties and preservation aspects are important criteria for selection of cooling tower timber. The standard specifies the strength of particular specie and preservation treatment to be followed on timber for cooling water towers. The standard also specifies the permissible defects for particular grade of timber.

In the pressure treatment process, an aqueous solution of CCA (Cropper, Chromium and Arsenic) is applied as per IS 401 using a vacuum and pressure cycle, and the treated wood is then stacked to dry. During the process, the mixture of oxides reacts to form insoluble compounds, helping with leaching problems.
