Century's Everon Marker is a unique marking device used in textile mills and factories for permanent marking on gray fabrics and fabrics. It has a rigid aluminum body that makes it difficult to break, puncture or leak. It also has a rubber valve on the bottom for even ink flow. When the valve is pumped, it compresses the ink to a fine ball point for smooth flow and easy writing. It is also known as a 'bomb-type marker' or 'TEXPEN'. Viscous ink produces permanent, glossy and opaque marks on all types of fabrics and remains visible even after dyeing and other finishing processes. It works on all types of fabrics such as cotton, denim, polyester, wool, silk, linen, etc. It is widely used in home dyeing and textile factories in processes such as dyeing, scrubbing,

Everon Marker is designed so that every last drop of ink can be used compared to traditional tube type markers, where almost 20% of the ink is wasted or cannot be used after squeezing as the tube is difficult to hold .

Available colors:  Yellow, red, black, blue, orange, green, white, pink * and purple * (* - make orders)

Tip sizes:

  • Point No.2: Write 2mm wide for general use
  • Point n. 3: Write 3mm wide, especially for knitted fabric / knitted fabric / denim and canvas fabric.
  • Point n. 4: For raised fabrics.

Advantage:

  • Permanent, glossy and opaque marks on any fabric. The marks are acid alkali resistant, heat resistant and remain permanent even after dyeing and finishing processes.
  • The hard aluminum body makes it difficult to break, puncture or leak.
  • Works on all types of fabrics, including cotton, silk, polyester, wool, jeans, linen, etc.
  • The rubber valve on the bottom allows for smooth and automatic ink flow.
  • Zero ink waste compared to tube-type markers that lose 15-20% ink.

Address of Use:

  • Remove the cap. For cold start, press the rubber ball / valve 4-5 times at the bottom for ink flow at the tip.
  • Mark vertically at a 90 degree angle and make sure the ball presses against the surface for a smooth flow of ink.
  • As the pressure reduces, press the rubber valve 2-3 times to continue writing.
  • Do not press the rubber bulb when not in use as it will increase the ink pressure.
  • Clean the tip and replace the cap when after each use.

Caution:

  • Harmful if swallowed or intentionally inhaled.
  • Avoid eye contact.
  • Keep away from open flame.
