Ceramic Fibre Packing

Style K123P is a ceramic fibre packing braid over braid construction available in round cross section as well as in square section which will have a plaited or Klingerlock braid. Each yarn is reinforced with E-glass filament.

Style K123Sl is a ceramic fibre braided packing as per the construction above but is reinforced With either alloy steel Wire or inconel wire. The metallic Wire reinforcement increases the tensile strength of the packing enabling use at higher pressures.

Style K 123GL is ceramic fibre braid over braid packing, reinforced With E-glass filament and lubricated With high temperature graphite. This impregnation blocks out the packing for a higher sealing density, abrasion resistance and lubrication.

Styles K123P, K123Sl & K123GL are available With different central cores to meet application requirements.
