
Heat 3 tbsp of oil/ghee add 150 g onion puree and fry till golden. Add 100 g tomato puree, 2 tsp Garlic-Green Chilli-Ginger Paste and stir-fry for 5 min.
Add 2 tsp (15 g) Satvam Shahi Paneer Masala stir well. Add 2-3 tsp muskmelon-cashew paste, 2 tsp Fresh Milk Cream, salt to taste and boil with 1.5 cup of water.
Add 100 g diced Paneer Cubes simmer till done, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and fresh cream. Serve hot with Naan/Paratha.
