MEAT MASALA

 

gm mutton into equal pieces and add 2 tbsp. onion paste, 2 tsp. ginger- garlic paste, 3 tbsp. drained curd, 1 tsp. turmeric powder into it and mix well. Keep this mixture aside for 1 hour

 

Heat 4 tbsp. oil in a pan and sauté 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion till golden brown. Cook for 10 minutes after adding spiced meat mixture and 3 tsp. satvam meat masala. Add 2 tbsp. tomato puree and 2-3 finely chopped green chilli into it. Mix well and cook for 15-20 minutes.

 

Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves, peppermint leaves, lemon slice and serve hot.
