KHICHDI MASALA

 

Take 2 tsp oil in pressure cooker and prepare tadka with mustard, cumin, asafoetida and curry leaves. Saute 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste.

 

Add 1 cup finely chopped onion, 1 cup chopped potato and 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato to the mixture. Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder, Salt to taste and 1 tsp Satvam Khichdi Masala and mix well.

 

Add 150g Rice, 50g Green Gram Splits, 4 cup of water and pressure cook till 3 whistle blow on medium flame.
