
Heat 5 tbsp oil in a pan, add 250g boiled and mashed potatoes. Add 4 tbsp Satvam Dabeli Masala and salt as per taste. Cook for 2 minutes by mixing well to form a filling.
Take 12 dabeli pav. Slit each pav horizontally keeping one side intact. Apply tamarind chutney on one side of pav and green chilli coriander chutney on the other side.
Stuff 2 tbsp of above filling and top up with chopped onion, masala peanuts and nylon sev.
