
Take 750 gm chicken, wash it properly and drain extra water from it. Add 2 tsp. chilli powder, 1 tsp. black pepper powder, ½ tsp. turmeric powder, 1 tsp. coriander-cumin powder, 1 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste, 2 tbsp. curd and salt (as per taste) into it and mix well. Keep this spiced mixture aside for 1 hour
Heat 4 tbsp. of oil in a pan and sauté 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion till golden brown. Add 1 tbsp. finely chopped tomato into it. Once it is properly cooked, add 3 tsp. satvam chicken masala and spiced mixture into in the pan and cook it for 10-15 minutes
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti/paratha/naan or rice.
