
Boil the rice till the grains separate.
Sauté finely chopped onions, ginger-garlic-green chillies paste, tomatoes in generous amount of ghee. Add finely chopped mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, french beans, capsicum). Add Satvam Biryani Masala, turmeric powder (optional), chilli powder and salt to taste. Cook till the ghee separates. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
Garnish with fried-to-brown & caramelized onion rings, cashews, sultanas, almonds, walnuts and freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
