Khichu Recipe: Take 4.5 cup (650 ml) water with 2-3 finely chopped green chilli and 5-6 tsp oil in deep non stick pan. Allow it to boil for 2-3 min.
Add contents of the pack and mix well. Stir continuously for uniform consistency with wooden spoon.
Cover and cook for 5 - 10 min on low flame.
Add 5 - 6 tsp oil and serve hot with Satvam Achar Masala.
Note: Rice Papad can also be made from this mix.
