PANI PURI MASALA

 

Use Satvam Pani Puri Masala to make ’pani’ (spicy water). You can also sprinkle Pani Puri Masala powder into the fillers for that extra ‘chatpata’ flavour.

 

To make ‘pani’ for 100 puris, take 15 g fresh mint leaves, 10 g green coriander leaves, 4 - 5 green chillies, 1 inch of ginger, 2 tsp. lemon juice and grind to a paste. Add this paste to 1.5 ltr of chilled water and add 2 tbsp. of Satvam Pani Puri Masala to it.

 

Serve with chopped boiled potatoes, boiled black chana & soaked salted boondi as fillers
