Aloo Chaat: Use 1 ½ potatoes per person. Boil, chop and fry till they are slightly golden brown. Add mint, green chillies and ginger chutney along with lemon juice to the fried potatoes and mix well.

 

Sprinkle Satvam Chaat Masala as per your taste. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
