Boil 500 g of vegetables like potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and capsicum. Keep green peas & capsicum aside and mash all other vegetables.
Sauté 2 finely chopped onions in butter/oil till golden brown. Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 3 tsp. of Satvam Pav Bhaji Masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
Add 500 g of mashed vegetables, green peas and capsicum. Mix well and simmer for 2-3 min. Add a blob of butter and sprinkle
