The "NEW BHARAT" double ended motorised bench grinders& polishers are sturdy, efficient & robust in construction, designed for accurate & general purpose of hand-dry grinding & polishing work in industries tool rooms foundries, electroplating workshops &engineering shops

MOTORS:

"NEW BHARAT" grinders & polishers are equipped with totally enclosed AC Induction motor, operated on rated 3 ph. 415V AC or single phase 230VAC50 Hzsupply.Single phase motors are capacitor startrun type The winding are fully impregnated with high grade varnish for typical climate Rotors are well balanced to ensures smooth running& larger bearing life

CONTROL SWITCH:

All models are fitted with on/off four position rotary type switch in the base. In single phase double pole rotary switch&triple pole rotary switch used for three phase motors

GRINDING WHEELS:

Grinders are fitted with two grinding wheels one coarse & other one fine with fully adjustable tool rests fitted with wheel guards on both sides.

BUFFING SPINDLE:

Polishers are fitted with tapered detachable buffing spindle on both side

EXTRA ATTACHMENTS:

Eye shields, spark arrestors, coolant pump, pedestal stand, Twist Drill Grinding attachment can be supplied with grinder or polishers on requestat extra cost
