HAWKSHIELD-SWS layered waterproofing coating membrane: Blend of Portland cement, fine treated silica sand and active chemicals, when mixed with water & applied as a coating layer.HAWKSHIELD-SWS : Initial application is  penetrative  coating  with  HAWKSHIELD-PNC.

1ˢᵗ primer  coat  on  penetrative  application  with  a  thin  coat  of HAWKSHILED-WCM.2" coat with HAWKSHILED-WCM normal coat. 3’d coat is with HAWKSHIELD-BLACK. 4" coat is again with HAWKSHIELD-WCM normal coat. 5"& 6“ final coat is with HAWKSHIELD-ROOF white colour helps to reduce Room Temperature up to 3-4° besides getting guaranteed waterproofing effects HAWKSHIELD- ROOF white colour helps to reduce Room Temperature up to 3-4° besides getting guaranteed waterproofing effects

SURFACE PREPARATION : Fill the cracks, if any, with HAWKSEAL-SUPER / HAWKSEAL- KS. Clean the surface with wire brush. Remove all loose particles, old bituminous coating etc. Wash the surface well with clean water. Take 10 lit of clean water in to a bucket. Slowly add 500 ml of HAWKSHIELD-PNC Penetrative coating while stirring the solution with a stick. Apply the same on the treated surface with a painting brush. Please make sure that, mixed solution must be penetrated in to the hairline cracks. Leave the treated surface for minimum 24 hrs. Wipe out the entire surface with slightly wet cloth. Now the surface is ready for coating.

HOW TO APPLY : 1“ primer base coat: Mix 2 kg, of HAWKSHIELD-WCM powder with 3 lit of water in to brush able solution and apply the same as primer coat on the treated surface.

2”coat : Mix 5 °/ kg of HAWKSHIELD-WCM Powder with 3 lit of water in to brush able solution and apply over the base coat.

4“ coat: Repeat the same as in 2“ coat with HAWKSHIELD-WCM over the 3" coat. We are also recommending for laying GEO CLOTH for extra protection.

5”& 6“ coat: Apply HAWKSHIELD-ROOF Directly on the 4"& 5“ coat respectively. There must be a minimum interval of -6 hrs. between each coat.

AREAS OF APPLICATION : Roofs- Flat & Slopping, Parapets, Sunshades, Walls, Deck, Podium, water tank, Basements, Marine flooring, Industrial flooring, Pharmaceuticals, Cold Storage, Hospital etc. (except- Roofs, Parapet & sunshade

walls, no need to apply HAWKSHIELD-ROOF). A ply 2 more coats of

HAWSHILED — WCM normal coat over the 4“& 5 coat.

COVERAGE : 17 kg of HAWKSHIELD-WCM gives 200 sq. feet (appx.) for base Plus 2 Normal coats.

4Iit of diluted HAWKSHIELD-PNC Penetrative coating solution (200 ml concentrated) will suffice for 300 sq.feet (appox.)

5 kg of HAWKSHIELD-BLACK required for 200 sq.feet (appox.) 16 kg. of HAWKSHIELD-ROOF is suffice for 200sq.feet for 2 coats.
