principle

αβ valve is composed of active valve and passive valve, using split butterfly valve technology. The transfer of items from one container to another is carried out under airtight conditions. The aseptic material transfer process ensures that the aseptic state in the container is not damaged or prevents the spread of powder and toxic substances in the container.

The conventional αβ valve does not have an isolation valve inlet and an isolation valve outlet, and cannot perform online cleaning and sterilization of the sealed exposed surface between the valve discs. The exposed surface can be cleaned and sterilized manually offline to meet the specification requirements for material transfer.
