Cooking Instruction :-
To obtain the best result from the 921 Rice,Soak the rice for approximately 25 minutes. Rinse thoroughly in sieve under running water before cooking any of the following method can be used.
Open Pan :- Bring a large pan of water to boil, Add the rice, Stir, return to a mediu boil & cook uncovered for 7 to 8 minutes. Drain and rinse.
Close Pan:- Put measured rice and normal water into a heavy based pan. Bring to boil, Stir cover and turn down the heat to simmer for 8 to 9 minutes. Turn off the heat and let on, till each grain separates and swells.
Microwave :- Take 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice, place in a micro wave safe bowl, cook uncovered for 10-12 minutes, fluff the rice and let it stand for 5 minutes & server hot.
For best result:
- Soak the rice 10 to 15 minutes in lukewarm water prior to cooking.
- Use a large cooking pot with wider base giving rice
maximum space to expand.
- Do not prepare large quantity of rice in small pot.
