Directions for Use

Use in baking or cooking as a healthy grain free replacement for other flours.Coconut flour is very absorbent, when replacing for wheat and other flours, use 1/3 to ¼ cup of coconut flour for every cup of grain based flour, and add 2 eggs to the recipe and ½ – 1 cup of the milk of your choice. In frying or breading, use a 1:1 amount of flour.Coconut flour clumps easily, sift well and mix thoroughly into other ingredients. Let stand for 10 minutes so coconut flour can fully absorb liquids in recipes.
