Our Infrastructure

We have sound infrastructure which comprises various sub units for smooth production process. It sprawl across a large area helping in fabricating bulk order under one roof. Briefed below are the production processes of Finned Tubes and Heat Exchangers:

• Manufactures fin tubes by cold rotary extrusion process
• Outer aluminum tube with a large wall thickness is used to form extruded fin
• Using rotating discs, two tubes are pushed through three arbors
• Fin is hardened through extrusion process and prevents dissimilar metal contacts at the fin root
• The exposed external surface of the product is aluminium and no minute gaps is given between adjacent fins
